What Is Customer Experience Analytics?
Customer experience analytics is the practice of collecting and analysing every signal a customer leaves across their interactions with a business — calls, chats, emails, surveys, reviews and behavioural data — to understand how the experience actually performs and where it loses people. Where a satisfaction score tells you that something changed, CX analytics tells you why: which contact reasons drive churn, where customers repeat themselves across channels, which moments in a journey correlate with cancellation, and what the highest-value customers experience differently. In practice it combines speech and text analytics, journey mapping, sentiment measurement and predictive modelling — and its output is not a dashboard but a decision: what to fix first, and what fixing it is worth.
